Cancellation Policy:
1. Our standard cancellation policy is fourteen days. If we are notified in writing more than fourteen days from the class start date, we will issue a full refund.
2. Within 7 to 14 days, we can issue a class credit towards a future course of equal or lesser value. This credit can only be scheduled for one future course and if cancellation is made a second time, the credit is forfeited.
3. We cannot grant any refunds or credits for cancellations less than one week (7 days) from the class start date.

While every effort is made to deliver scheduled classes, InstructUs, LLC reserves the right to cancel or change classes, or scheduled instructor, at any time. In the event a class is cancelled or rescheduled, all registered students are eligible for full refund. InstructUs, LLC, cannot be held responsible for any other expenses one may assume outside of course registration fees.

What are your hours?:
Class hours are generally from 9 AM until 5 PM unless otherwise noted. Doors are open from 8:30 until 6 PM. InstructUs will always email all students with details of the class at least 48 hours before the start date.

Can I take Apple exams at InstructUs?:

Do you offer on-site training?:
We are happy to come to you for on-site training. We can provide all the equipment, software, and training materials to your facility. Can I register as an individual?:Our training courseware is available for business to business training. We welcome businesses of any size and their employees to register. Classes are not available as public courseware to individuals.

Take I-91 South to I-84W/US-6 via Exit 32A toward Waterbury. Continue on I-84W for 8.3 miles, then take the CT-4 exit, Exit 39, toward Farmington. Turn right off the exit ramp onto CT-4/Farmington Avenue. Continue straight on Farmington Avenue for 0.9 miles, then turn left at 312 Farmington Avenue. *

From New Haven/Fairfield and Points South:
Take I-91N to CT-9 via Exit 22N toward New Britain. Continue on CT-9 for 11.4 miles, then take I-84W/US-6W via Exit 32 on the left toward Waterbury. Continue 1.2 miles, then take CT-4 via Exit 39, toward Farmington. Turn right off the exit ramp onto CT-4/Farmington Avenue. Continue straight on Farmington Avenue for 0.9 miles, then turn left at 312 Farmington Avenue. *

From the Boston Area:
