Where Can I Stay While I'm In Town?
Cancellation Policy:
1. Our standard cancellation policy is fourteen days. If we are notified in writing more than fourteen days from the class start date, we will issue a full refund.
2. Within 7 to 14 days, we can issue a class credit towards a future course of equal or lesser value. This credit can only be scheduled for one future course and if cancellation is made a second time, the credit is forfeited.
3. We cannot grant any refunds or credits for cancellations less than one week (7 days) from the class start date.
While every effort is made to deliver scheduled classes, InstructUs, LLC reserves the right to cancel or change classes, or scheduled instructor, at any time. In the event a class is cancelled or rescheduled, all registered students are eligible for full refund. InstructUs, LLC, cannot be held responsible for any other expenses one may assume outside of course registration fees.
What are your hours?:
Class hours are generally from 9 AM until 5 PM unless otherwise noted. Doors are open from 8:30 until 6 PM. InstructUs will always email all students with details of the class at least 48 hours before the start date.
Can I take Apple exams at InstructUs?:
Yes! We offer all exams that Apple has to offer, even if that class is not currently offered at our facility. Simply call or email to schedule an exam time.
Do you offer on-site training?:
We are happy to come to you for on-site training. We can provide all the equipment, software, and training materials to your facility. We'll even proctor the certification exam for your staff as well. Contact us for more information.

Windsor, CT:
From the South -
Take I-91 North to Exit 38. Bear right off ramp. After third set of lights bear right onto Day Hill Rd. Go through 4 sets of lights (approx. 2 miles), 900 Day Hill Road will be on the right after the fourth light.
From the Boston Area -
Mass Pike west to I84 West. I84 West to I91 North (there is a shortcut you can take which would be I84 West to I291 to I91 North – if you miss the I291 exit just keep going until you hit I91). Take I-91 North to Exit 38. Bear right off ramp. After third set of lights bear right onto Day Hill Rd. Go through 4 sets of lights (approx. 2 miles), 900 Day Hill Road will be on the right after the fourth light.
From the North
- Take I-91 South to Exit 38B (bear left on ramp onto exit 38B - Day Hill Road). Go through 4 sets of lights (approx. 2 miles), 900 Day Hill Road will be on the right after the fourth light.
Tampa, FL:
From Tampa International Airport/I-275 - Located on the west side of Tampa International Airport, approximately a 5-minute drive from the terminal.
From Airport, take the first Exit or from I-275, take Exit 39 (Clearwater, Highway 60 West and the Veterans Expressway) Remain in one of the right 2 lanes and proceed approximately 2 miles following the "Air Cargo/ Hillsborough Ave Exit 4" signs. This will be the 2nd traffic light. (Do not turn at the 1st traffic light which is Memorial)
Please proceed to the leftmost lane on approach to the traffic light. DO NOT go onto Hillsborough Avenue. Just before Hillsborough, you will make a left 180° U-turn under the Veterans Expressway overpass.
After the Stop sign, proceed straight, getting into the right-hand lane. ¼ mile on your right, you will see the Mainsail Village (also, Sunforest I and Sunforest II) monument sign.
Turn Right & follow the road around to Building 5110 / SunForest II on your Right.
